We offer Two Payment Plans: Pay-After-You Win or a Retainer Fee to Secure Our Services.

PAY-AFTER-YOU-WIN 

Available for 

FAR Part 15 Contracts by Negotiations Solicitations Only.

If you're interested in our Pay-After-You-Win program, we need at least three weeks to thoroughly prepare a proposal and you'll need to demonstrate to me (and, of course, the Government) that your business, JV or team can meet the minimum credibility requirements listed in the solicitation.  Those credibility requirements usually are

  • Recently completed several similar contracts (usually three to five in the past five years); recent and relevant- scope of work and $size. (aka Past Performance)
  • you've got the people that have done the work before, (aka key personnel)
  • having the financial means to carry our your contract, and
  • If your contract calls for you to be on a Government site, your business has good safety record (EMR or DART). 

If your business, JV or Team can meet the minimum credibility requirements listed in the solicitation then, and only then, will the Government take your proposal seriously that is the first step to qualify for our Pay-After-You-Win program

 

THREE STEPS TO QUALIFY FOR PAY-AFTER-YOUR-WIN!

1. Make it evident to us that your company, JV, or Team could be considered a can meet the minimum credential requirements listed in a solicitation by either

* Presenting to us your phase 1 proposal acceptance letter from the Government
* Completing and emailing to us the PAY-AFTER-YOU WIN Worksheet for our review and assessment
* Pay us $500 to do a GO-NO GO review to assist you determine if you can meet those requirements
* Participate in our Assessment program - see below for more information.

2. We agree on the Pay-After-You-Win fee (see fee schedule below),

3. You have a major credit card with enough balance to secure the fee (Visa or MasterCard).

Then we'll lead write your proposal via our Pay-After-You-Win program.  You won't owe us anything for proposal writing assistance until you win!  If you don't win you don't owe us.

PAY-AFTER-YOU-WIN FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROPOSAL ASSISTANCE**
(Does not include Commercial Item or Simplified Acquisitions Procurements)
After you're awarded a Single Award Contract 0.1% of the Total Award Contract (This includes the total of multiple year awards). The Minimum Fee is 5,000
After you're awarded a MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT: SABER, SATOC, MATOC, MACC, BPA, or IDIQ $5,000
After you're awarded a Design / Build Contract 0.15% of the Total Awarded Contract.
The minimum Fee is $10,000
After you're awarded a MULTIPLE AWARD DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT: SATOC, MATOC, MACC, or IDIQ $10,000

The Assessment Program -
The Assessment is about us helping your company pursue the right solicitations.  After a review of your past performance projects and key personnel for your company, JV or Team we will:
 

  • Reveal your strengths and weaknesses for doing business in the U.S. Federal Government Market.  Included is advice on how to strengthen weakness.
  • seek for those U.S. Federal Government opportunities that you could be considered a least risk Offeror within your geographical preference. (This is a $300/month value that is included with the Assessment) 
  • With you, we will perform a GO/NO GO Review (a $500/solicitation value) to see if we should pursue those possible opportunities. 
  • If there is a solicitation that your business meets
    • All of a solicitation's credibility requirements we will assist you prepare your proposal via our PAY-AFTER-YOU-WIN program.
    • Most of the credibility requirements we will assist you to prepare your proposal cost plus award fee
    • Some of the credibility requirements we will assist you to  write your proposal via fee for service
  • Finally the Assessment includes one hour session on coaching/advice on how to getting you ready to begin working and avoid delays. (This is a $200 coaching session that is included with the Assessment)
       

The Assessment Fee is $1,500.00. The Assessment is valid for 6 months from the time you sign up.

Proposal Preparation Assistance

Prices don't include printing.

Our prices are proportionate to the amount of information the Government requires to be included in a proposal.  If the amount of information required changes via amendments then our price will change accordingly.

Solicitations that are F.A.R. Part 12.6 Commercial Items or FAR 52.212-1 through 52.212-4

Solicitation that are F.A.R. Part 14 Sealed Bidding or F.A.R. Part 15 Contracts by Negotiations Solicitations.

Cost: $2,400 to $10,000

+ Award fee: .05% of the awarded contract value
